But that doesn&#8217;t matter, after all, gnocchi can be combined with almost anything. For a salty balance this time I threw the gnocchi together with crispy fried bacon in a pan and mixed it with a garlic sauce that lives up to its name. Both complement each other wonderfully and the result was this delicious dish for crispy bacon gnocchi in garlic sauce. <\/amp-fit-text><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">My bacon gnocchi are true soul food. They are soothing, creamy and tasty and have it all if you take a closer look at the nutritional values. But whatever!
