Chocolate cake with extra chocolate. But the chocolate dream can also turn into a nightmare if it gets too dry and crumbly. In this post, I&#8217;ll show you how to make a really good juicy cake with real chocolate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"720\" height=\"1080\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.kitchensplace.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/IMG_6106.jpg?resize=720%2C1080&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Chocolate Cake\" class=\"wp-image-1359\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chocolate cake is one of the all-time favorites when it comes to simple sponge cakes and box cakes. The use of real chocolate is particularly important in a really good chocolate cake. Many cakes or baking mixes consist of loads of powder, cocoa and sugar. My cake is made from cocoa and real chocolate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-for-preparing-the-chocolate-cake\">For preparing the chocolate cake<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For my cake you need the following ingredients: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the dough:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>150g butter<\/li><li>100g whole milk chocolate<\/li><li>150g flour<\/li><li>20g baking cocoa<\/li><li>3 eggs<\/li><li>180g low-fat quark<\/li><li>1 pck. baking powder<\/li><li>1 pinch of baking soda<\/li><li>optional: 2 pipettes of Flavordrops vanilla<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the glaze: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>50g whole milk chocolate<\/li><li>50g dark chocolate<\/li><li>1 teaspoon of cooking oil<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I deliberately avoided using additional sugar, as the liquid chocolate is very sweet and additional sugar simply makes the cake unnecessarily more powerful.
