Fettuccine in creamy lemon sauce with salmon

On some days there just has to be a good portion of pasta! In this post I will show you a new pasta variation made from fettuccine in a lemon cream sauce with salmon. There is also plenty of parmesan, some basil and of course fresh organic lemons.

In keeping with the summer temperatures, I have a new recipe on offer for you today: delicious fettuccine in lemon-cream sauce with salmon. This pasta is something very special on warm summer evenings and rounds off the day perfectly.

Recipe of the fettuccine in lemon-cream sauce

Prepared in just 30 minutes, you can enjoy this pasta as a hearty after-work meal. All you need is pasta (I use fettuccine here), fresh organic lemons, some cream, spicy Parmesan, fresh salmon, a small onion, some butter and a handful of selected spices.

Fettuccine in creamy Lemon Sauce with Salmon

Ingredients
  • 200g fettuccine
  • 200ml lemon juice
  • 130g Cremefine 7%
  • 20g salmon
  • 20g Parmesan
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tsp butter
  • lemon zest
  • salt, pepper, nutmeg
Directions
  • Step 1 Cook the pasta in salted water until done
  • Step 2 Meanwhile, finely dice the onion and sauté in butter in a deep pan. Deglaze with cream. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest. Then, using tongs, add the pasta directly from the pasta water to the pan. Stir in Parmesan
  • Step 3 Season everything with salt, pepper and nutmeg. If the sauce is too thick, add half a ladle of pasta water. Serve the pasta with salmon.
