Chocolate banana bread

It’s time for banana bread again! In this post, I’ll show you how to prepare a delicious chocolate banana bread quickly and easily.

My chocolate banana bread tastes wonderfully chocolaty, is not too sweet and combines with delicious hazelnuts. I came up with the idea for this combination when I thought of a well-known chocolate cream that is usually combined with hazelnuts. For this chocolate banana bread you don’t need anything else except ripe bananas, eggs, flour, cane sugar, hazelnuts, chocolate, baking cocoa and the usual ingredients such as baking powder, vanilla flavor, etc.

First the bananas are finely mashed and then mixed with all the other ingredients. Since real chocolate should not be missing in a good chocolate banana bread, the chocolate is melted over the water bath and also stirred in. For the optical impression, I recommend halving another banana and placing it on top of the dough.

If you feel like eating more types of banana bread, maybe my vegan zebra banana bread or just a classic banana bread is something for you. You can find all variants here .
