Who does not know her? The delicious little bars with cereals, milk cream and chocolate. Kinder Country can be found in every refrigerated shelf and is one of the most popular sweets in Germany.
Ingredients of the children’s country cake
This cake does not have to be baked and consists of the well-known honey cereals, chocolate, a cream made from quark, mascarpone, cream and condensed milk and of course sugar. This cake is then topped with kinder country and cereals. A delicious and special cake that is sure to be remembered.

Kinder Country Cake
- 100g Smacks
- 300g chocolate
- 250g low-fat curd
- 250g mascarpone
- 300g whipped cream
- 3x cream stiffener
- 500ml milk
- 100g sugar
- For the topping:
- 3x Kindercountry
- 20g Smacks
- Step 1 Melt the chocolate over a water bath. Then mix with the smacks and pour into a springform pan. Leave to harden in the refrigerator
- Step 2 Bring the milk to the boil and reduce by half while stirring. Stir in the sugar. Then leave to cool.
For the cream, mix the quark, mascarpone, whipped cream, cream stiffener and the reduced milk until firm. Then pour this mixture into the springform pan. Then crush the Kindercountry and spread it on the cream. Sprinkle the remaining smacks on the cream as well. Finally, put everything in the refrigerator for several hours.
