Healthy banana bread with no added sugar or fat

Dieser Beitrag ist auch verfügbar auf: Deutsch

In this post, I’ll show you a super simple recipe for healthy banana bread with no added sugar or fat.

Healthy banana bread – you like to read that, right? Banana bread is something fine, but there is delicious banana bread often added with extra sugar, butter, chocolate or other delicacies. I do not agree with it either, because my favorite banana bread up to now was a classic one with chocolate drops. But especially at the request of many readers, I once dared to make sugar-free banana bread that did not contain any additional sugar or butter. The sweetness comes exclusively from the super ripe bananas. With the right baking mix you can also achieve a great consistency for healthy banana bread, so this recipe will become my new favorite from now on.
